In recovery, Crystal's been resourceful in finding ways to take care of herself.

Crystal

Like many of us, Crystal has struggled with her mental health. In the past, she coped with substances, but over time this only made her depression worse. When Crystal entered a treatment program, she found resources and support to improve her mental health.

In recovery, Crystal's been resourceful in finding ways to take care of herself. She manages her anxiety and depression with her own version of self care: hiking, meditating, doing yoga and being outside. She's found a lot of success in her healing journey and is currently starting school to become a pharmacy technician!
